Run report that will show users that have run BIP or OTBI reports over timeframe

Good afternoon.
Any suggestions around how to produce an audit report (we don't have auditing enabled) to produce a list of users that have run Human Capital Mgmt BIP or OTBI reports during a timeframe? We would like to see Report Name and Location, Person Number that ran the report and Date report was run.
