Smart Push from BSO to ASO is Excluding Account

Summary:

We have a form definition with multiple lines. The first line has the exclusion of an account 49149990. The forth row of the form is listing this account explicitly. When we submit data using this form, Smart Push is executed and it is excluding the account listed in the exclusion. Is this an intentional behavior? Our expectation is that this account should be included in Smart Push since we have listed it explicitly. We are using the forms from classic Task List in Smart View.
