UI Issues in New External Supplier Registration Redwood UI

Hi,
While checking the new external Supplier Registration redwood UI, we have come across few issues that are blocking our acceptance for new Supplier Redwood UI

1. The question text is getting trimmed and the entire question is not appearing correctly in the questionnaire section. The message of 'Required' is also trimmed for each question and is not appearing correctly.

2. A generic name 'Place Company Name here' appears at the top of registration form on each page. This needs to be replaced. From where this can be replaced? Check screenshot 'Issue2 Supplier Redwood UI'
