Education Block needs to be enabled in Both Job Apply Flow and Request More Info Flow

We need Education / Experience / License flow to be enabled in Both Job Apply Flow and Request More Info Flow.

Currently if we enable Education/Experience/License flow in Job Apply flow when applying for a Requisition. It won't be available in the Request More Info flow.

Only if we are not enabling these sections in Job Apply flow the blocks Education/Experience/License will be available in Request More info flow.

Our business requirement is to gather the data at the time of applying and we want the candidate to recheck and correct the data at the time of offer
