Receipt Method Upload through CSV

Hi all. I am trying to find a way out to upload receipt methods using CSV upload. When I downloaded the existing data, the AR_RECEIPT_METHOD_ACCOUNT.CSV does not have full account code combinations but just the BSV's. Since, there are lot of receipt methods to be defined, please let me know if anyone have used csv for receipt method upload. I want to know how to use CSV file for accounts.
