list of values not working Redwood UI family and emergency contact info

Summary:

While adding Family and Emergency contact info I am getting issue in below areas

1- Adding Email address

2-Address

While adding Family and Emergency contact info I am getting issue in below areas

1- Adding Email address - When I try to select Home / Work address LOV, it doesn't save the record and open field to add email address

2-Address - While updating address. If I select Use my Address - I am seeing these weird values

and If I select new address I do not get Address line 1, address Line 2 etc.
