How to utilize "Reason" under general information

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Basically, customer wants to have extra input field called " Reason" when manager add ICP to an employee so that manager adds Reason for that ICP and that can be visible to the approvers in the notification.

Solution: Add one input value at the element level, so that appear when ICP is added to the employee.

Question: In that general information section, there is already a field available called reason.

Is there anyway to have the reason field(highlighted one) can be made available to the manager while adding ICP, so that creating additional input value at the element level is eliminated?

Howdy, Stranger!
