Hiding "Download" Option for Hiring Managers in Preview Job Offer

We need to hide the "Download" option in the "Preview Job Offer" section specifically for Hiring Managers, while keeping it available for Recruiters.

We have not been able to achieve this through privileges or page customization.

Navigation: Hiring >> Application > Select the candidate > Action > Preview Job Offer
