Custom HCM Job Role to View Payslips of Employees Not Working Since 24C

We need specific users to have access to payslips for auditing purposes

I managed to create a View Payslips role that used Areas of Responsibility and allowed access to all Active Employees using the Directory option.

The problem is that since 24C the payslip option in Me - Directory has now disappeared to view other employees.

Is there somewhere else I can provide access to the View Payslip?

Now it just shows the other two options.
