Error in Skills and Qualification Redwood page

Hi Team,

We have created a custom Employee role with limited duties and privileges which gives access to certain functionalities like Skills and Qualifications, Skills Center, Explore Career and Connections. But with this custom Employee role we see an error in Skills and Qualification Redwood page as mentioned below. We understand this could be due to a Use REST Service duty or privilege missing so we compared and added all the duties and privileges of Use REST Service from seeded Employee role, but this is not resolving the issue and is giving the error as shown in below screenshot. Can anyone help
