Implementing Payroll for Jordan and Iraq Without Localization Support
We are currently operating Oracle Fusion HCM in the UAE and are now planning to expand our system to support the following modules for our operations in Jordan and Iraq:
- Global HR
- Self-Service
- Absence Management
- Payroll
While Global HR, Self-Service, and Absence Management are straightforward, we have identified a challenge with Payroll. Given that payroll localization is not available for Jordan and Iraq, we would appreciate guidance on the following:
- What out-of-the-box solutions does Oracle offer to manage payroll in countries without localization support?
- Are there any recommended workarounds or best practices for handling payroll in these regions?
- Is there a specific configuration approach we can follow to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations in Jordan and Iraq?
