Can we have a notification for the Secondary Hierarchy?

Summary:

We are planning to have a Secondary Hierarchy using different manager types.

Our Hierarchy would be like HRBP → HR Lead → Head of HR

Having this hierarchy, we would like to have a notification when the HRBP update something in the worksheet and save it.

We would like to send the notification to HR Lead and Head of HR.

Is this possible?
