Create Sub tab related SR for Service Request

Summary:

Hi All,

I need to implement a related SR subtab for Service Request, where user can create SR with a button.

Can you pls let me know if I can use existing OOTB relationship sub tab for this requirement. or I shd create self-reference i.e 1: M relation of Service Request to Service Request.

Also, It will be really helpful if you can share some document for my reference to implement this requirement with OOTB functionality.
