Redwood- is it possible to make a country name defaulted on CORE HR pages?

Hi we are trying to find out if its possible to make a specific country name as defauled lets say UK on all the pages where info starts by specifying country name first? if yes, then may I please know how?

Although I can see that for contact info - phone details it shows UK by default then why not for other pages?
