Average cost in Review cost accounting distribution for all transaction types

Average cost in Review cost accounting distribution for all transaction types.

We are able to get for Purchase Order and Receipt transactions types but we are not able get the other transaction types like Sub inventory transfer and etc..

What is the table to store average cost for all transaction types.
