Is there a way to automatically update the 'Nonresident' field on employee tax card to Yes

Is there a way to automatically update the 'Nonresident' field on the employee tax card to Yes? This flag should be set to 'Y' for the work state when the work state and home state have a reciprocal agreement. Is there a process that updates it automatically for all employees based on their work and home locations?
