Can we default "Cancel Backorders" to Yes for specific Sales Order Type ?

Could you please help us confirm is this attribute "Cancel Backorders" exposed to be used in Order Management Extension (Groovy Script):

We went through the following link, but could not find it, hence just needed further confirmation and if possible some possible workaround regarding the requirement:

Requirement: When creating Sales Order manually from Order Management UI, for a certain type of Sales Order type, we would like to set this attribute as Yes automatically.

Please do let me know if any other details are needed from my end.
