Marketing activities configuration

Hi,

We'd like to set up Marketing activities on Salesforce integration app and I have a question for its configuration.

On the app, the settings for "SFDC Lead / Contact ID is not blank" can be applied in Filter activities.
However, in cases where a prospect that doesn't exist in the database submits a form, the Eloqua contact will first go through the CRM integration program. After a record is created on the Salesforce side, the Lead or Contact ID will be returned to associated Eloqua contact records.

Will the marketing activities of this Eloqua contact, which didn't have a Salesforce ID at the time of form submission, be triggered after receiving the Salesforce ID, as per the instructions on the app below?
