Making Supplier name caps on next generation Supplier registration page

Summary:

Our Client has requirement to make supplier name entered in caps. Supplier might not enter them in caps but after supplier enters supplier name , this should get auto converted into Caps. This requirement is on Next Generation Supplier registration page
