collaborator values not auto populating in offer tab

Hello,

When we crating a req we mention the hm and recruiter and also collaborator, however when we go to offer tab the hiring team values of hm and recruiter pops up automatically but with no collaborator value ?

Why and how can we make it auto populate this ?
