Exclude inactive employees from the worksheet even if they are eligible

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have the bonus plan cycle dates as 1st jan 2023 to 31st dec 2023. Now, if an employee is eligible as per the criteria but he left the organization before the bonus plan has run in 2024 and is inactive currently. they should not be a part of the organization.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

To achieve this:

I Added Assignment status as active payroll eligble and refresh the cycle on the process date by selecting the full refresh and Selecting the Refresh terminated worker data using process date. The employee is no more a part of the worksheet even if they are eligible.

Howdy, Stranger!
