Redwood: Learning Specialist cannot search employee's talent profiles

Hello,

Logged as Learning Specialist, I hired a new employee and created the talent profile.

I can see his talent profile (skills and qualifications Responsive page) when searching on the homepage search bar:

But when navigate on My Client Groups > quick actions > Talent Profiles I cannot search for the new hire in the talent profiles Redwood page.

Do somebody have the same issue? How can I fix it?
