Error when extracting compensation plan columns in Excel

Hello,

as a proxy of the last approver I want to download compensation plan worksheet. However, the below error message appears when the population
is huge.
Export is incomplete due to error JBO-25060: Unexpected error
encountered while trying to retrieve the next row from JDBC ResultSet
for collection
WorksheetOption5VO_385557WorksheetOption5VO__AllRows__Finder__internal__.

In this case, the excel file just shows 17000 record instead of 35000

Is this a system bug? If so, is there a workaround for it?
