Redwood: Disability Info for Canada is not visible in the UI

Hello everyone,

There is a requirement to capture the disability info for Canada and ask the worker if they will require Accommodation.

Checking the VB Studio, I found an "Accommodation Request" field. I tried to make this field visible, but the UI is not reflecting with the change, and the Accommodation Request field is not visible for any country.

Am I missing anything?
