Can we create a monthwise individual development plan to track the employee progress

Dear All,
We have a requirement where in the customer want to create a development goal yearly and post which the employee should be able to update the progress of developement goal each month and same need to be tracked by the Line manager. Is there any functionality where we can create such individual development plan in the system? If yes then please let me know.
For e.g. Employee Kishore have created a developemnt goal 'MS excel 2024' for the year 2024 and it has been approved by his Line Manager in the month of Jan 2024. Now in the month of Feb 2024 Kishore will add his development goal progress (for the same goal MS Excel 2024) and same will be reviewed by him Line Manager. The same activity will be performed by the employee and manager for each consecutive month.
