Pension letter not generated after running Generate Pension Letters process
Pension letter not generated after running Generate Pensions Automatic Enrolment Reports process.
The XML is getting generated but the PDF is not getting generated for Online and Email Delivery methods. For Paper output, PDF is generated but it is blank.
PAE Mulitple Update process is not generating any value in the Notification Letter column.
Also noticed that letter status, letter type generated, letter type date is blank in the XML. Unless this data is generated the letters won't get generated I believe. How to get these values populated? Is there any solution for this?
