Enforce Supplier Capacity Constraint is triggering Overload Exception

Hi,

We have enabled "Enforce Capacity Constraints" and the expected behaviour is the overload doesnt happen unless its Firm planned orders or supplies. The resource overload is for Firm work order supplies which works as expected. But the supplier capacity overload exception is for Planned orders thats not firm and also the overload percentage is more(100000000000). Even when we drill to regular overload percentage (Less than 200) and check the supplies and demands, the planned orders are actually "Not Firm". But, by enabling the "Enforce supplier capacity constraint" it's not supposed to overload unless its firm.
