Manage Account Combination isn't offering my segments

Summary:

After deploying the COA, I'm trying to create the first Primary ledger for the project.

i can't complete the ledger setup as i can't choose Retained Earnings combination. While trying to create Retained Earning combination in "Manage Account Combination" the segments that i've deployed just do not appear in the screen.

I have: Primary Balancing Segment, Cost Center, Natural Account, Intercompany and 5 "Future use" segments.

None of them appear.
