Restrict list of components when creating non-standard or transform work orders

Our customer is a food safety company and manufactures mainly chemical products to ensure their objectives.

Their chemical products follow a recipe based on a formula and there are always two work orders: the actual product as a semi-finished good, and the product packed within a container as the finished good, sold to their customers.

All the items manufactured from the same formula are grouped within the same category (we used the planning catalog for that).

They sometimes use:

• non-standard work orders to manufacture items that do not follow the actual recipe
• transform work orders to repack or relabel items
