Is there any setup in Fusion which can be used to restrict the attachment size for IDR ?

Maximum attachment size is 30MB per email for IDR as per attached Oracle documentation. Is there any setup in Fusion which can be used to restrict the attachment size for IDR ? We checked in 'Manage Intelligent Document Recognition Options' setup but didn't find such setup.
