Error when editing a requisition created in Responsive SSP

Summary:

When I go to the "Requisitions (New)" area, I add a requisition to my cart. When I attempt to edit it, I get the error"You can manage this requisition only in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Self Service Procurement application."
