Affecting all movements Journeys
Summary:
The customer uses the system with multiple assignments, what he is reporting is that when there is a journey for an employee with multiple assignments, the system does not allocate the journey activities to the employee who had a transfer/promotion. Check if we have any configuration so that the journey is assigned correctly. Employee has two assignments, A and B. The HR Specialist performs a movement (Global Transfer, Promote for example) for employee assignment A. When the movement is completed, the system assigns journey activities to assignment B, but they should have been sent to A. In Journeys
