Summary:
The customer uses the system with multiple assignments, what he is reporting is that when there is a journey for an employee with multiple assignments, the system does not allocate the journey activities to the employee who had a transfer/promotion. Check if we have any configuration so that the journey is assigned correctly. Employee has two assignments, A and B. The HR Specialist performs a movement (Global Transfer, Promote for example) for employee assignment A.
