Accounts in Services / case management only lists those created in Services

Summary:

Accounts created in Oracle financials are not visible in fusion Services. Accounts created in Services are visible in Receivables

We are in the process of setting up Oracle Fusion Services (case management). Accounts created in Financials are not visible in Services, but accounts created in Services are visible in Financials.

The following sync processes has been run:
1. Synchronize Financials Accounts and Contacts with CX Sales

2. Synchronize Database Search Indexes for CRM

3. Optimize CRM Search Indexes

No customers appear. Please advise
