Mass add individual compensation to employees

Summary:

Need ability to add Individual Compensation for a set of individuals. Without using workforce compensation plan, is there an ability to add award for a set of individuals. Need to go through as one approval for this mass transaction. Example would be like a team award for all individuals who worked on a project. Rather than creating award as ICP for each individual, a mass transaction with one approval routing.
