How not to notify suppliers of the creation of a blanket purchase agreement

I would like to control so that e-mails are not sent to suppliers when creating blanket purchasing agreements.
Is there a way to control it through "Settings and Maintenance" or BPM Worklist?

Customers would like to control notifications all at once, as it is difficult to control them through the communication method of each blanket purchase agreement.
