Automatic Element Entries are getting end dated as of Assignment Change Date

Hi,

There are few automatic element entries which will get created for the employee when its hired. They are recurring elements and the expectation is they will be active till date. But we have observed that they are getting end dated as of Assignment Change Date and elements are not even getting created post end dation. The element eligibility is created at the LE Level.

Can anyone help with the reason for this behavior.
