Automatic resource charging is not happening via redwood form even after completing the work order

Summary:

Once a work order is released, We use the Execute production at workstation task to process the work order where we check in to the Work station with the tagged resource instance id . Whenever we select the WO and complete the operation and check out when the resource charging is set to Manual in the standard operations. We can observe the actual time spend by the resource in the workstation to complete the order.

But whenever we set resource charging to Automatic and perform the same actions as suggested above, No data related to resource usage is showing up in the review completed production task . Which is blank all the time.
