Inactive Interview feedback visible in requisition

Hello,

While creating requisition > under interview questionnaire the inactive questionnaire is visible for recruiters and is getting auto tagged to req. How can we correct this or solve this ?

We have only interview assessment sheet which is active , but still other ones are also being tagged in req automatically even when its inactive.
