Social Insurance not processing for a Bahraini citizen in UAE Payroll
Summary:
While running the quick pay for a Bahraini citizen who got terminated on 15th of the month, the employee social insurance and pension fund is not getting calculated and upon checking the log, there is a message "Bahrain Citizen, terminated in Current Month before 16th. NOT processing SI".
Any suggestions where can we get any reference document for this GPSSA rule ?
Employee hire date is 2014/06/01 and termination date is 2024/09/15
