how can a user reset their personalizations on a page-by-page basis

Summary:

for some users, not all items were showing in receive items screen in procurement. suggestion was to use sandbox to reset ALL personalizations for a user but the same Oracle documentation said an end user is able to reset their personalizations on a page-by-page basis however, there were no steps on how a user could do that.
