Can you help me with query to get the SLA name, Process category name and their IDs that can be passed to Create Accounting job?

I am trying to retrieve the SLA name, Process Category name, and their respective IDs generated after submitting the ESS job(Create Accounting). I want to trigger this job from OIC and therefore need the IDs. Since I couldn't find an LOV API for this, I would like to perform the name-to-ID mapping in OIC using a BIP report.
