DFFs disappears when selecting values from List of Values

Problem Summary:

On the screen Hire an Employee, under the assignment section, there are 5 Descriptive Flex Fields. When selecting one of the values in the List of Values, the fields dissapears.

After selecting values from list of values the fields disappears.

On the snip below you can see that the Descriptive Flex Fields no longer appears
