How to enable "Team Time Cards" under "My Teams" in HCM

Summary:

I see "Time Management" under the "My Client Groups" but we want -

"Time Management" to be enabled under "My Team" so that any manager can view all timecards of all his reportees.

How to enable it? I do not see it in our customer system.
