Hide Shopping Lists from Actions drop down in RSSP

Team,

Currently we are in the process of replacing classic SSP with a new RSSP for one of our clients.Our client does not want to provide access to "Shopping Lists" tasks to users. In classic SSP users don't have access to this, but in RSSP users are getting this access by default. Is there a way to hide or remove "Shopping Lists" from the actions dropdown either through VB Studio or role customisation?
