State Unemployment Insurance Tax Rate and Limit Override Setup

Summary:

We add a custom calculation value to both the Rate and Limit for our California State Unemployment Insurance Tax calculation definitions. In the past, we have added a new line with the date 1/1/51 and it calculates our value instead of the default. Since early this year, the value we added is no longer applying to the rate and limit. The calculation is pulling the default information.

Does anyone else override the calculation values? IS it functioning properly? And if so, how did you set it up?
