Our client has a specific requirement as below :

Once a PO is approved, the 'PO Implemented FYI Notification' is currently triggered to the Buyer by default, which is the standard Oracle functionality.

However, they want this email notification to be also triggered to another email address which we have currently stored in a DFF, since it is a third party employee's email address.
