access issue for payroll

We need to create dashboards for each employee's page. The dashboard will display the employee's payroll details, showing specific elements and balances that the employee can view, which can be viewed by the employee.

The issue we are facing is that when we assign the role that allows employees to view their payroll data, it grants access to all payroll subject areas for each employee. This is incorrect.

We would like to know if there is a seeded role in the system that restricts access only to dashboard data. Alternatively, could you provide the specific privilege we can assign to allow employees to view only their own dashboard data without giving access to all subject areas for payroll?
