Default Education Level upon selecting Degree in Qualification page

How to default the Education Level upon selecting Degree in Skills & Qualification page? Is there any way to link the Education Level lookups to the Degrees?
For example, if Degree is Masters in Science, the Education Level field should be defaulted to Masters.
