How to export onboarding documents via TCC

Summary:
Hi There,

Our client is migrating from Taleo to ORC and we have a requirement to export onboarding documents via TCC.

I am stuck at executing cfg file and it gives the below error.

I searched in Oracle Knowledge documents and here as well for more information but I am not sure what possibly is wrong here.

If anyone has worked on this requirement and know what is the solution, please let me know.
