How to Call the Sum of Total Eligible Workers and Budget % Allocated in Workforce Compensation Plan
We have a requirement from customer to calculate the % Increment for all employees and use that to calculate the Proposed Salary.
However, the current logic provided to us for the calculation of % Increment is as follows:
Total Score = Sum of all Eligible Worker's Score wherever Score >=60
Average Score = (Total Score ) / (Total number of Eligible Workers with Score >=60)
Recommended % for BU= Total Budget % * Worker Score/ Average Score
- Now the issue is that in summary I can see the sum of Eligible Workers but I am unable to use that in User Defined Dynamic's Columns neither was able to find any DBI item related to it.
